BARTLE COUNTDOWN!!!
Bartle Countdown T shirts are in and will be sold on Sunday at check in. 7$ regular sizes, add 1$ for xxl and xxxl
Friday 7/14: Mrs. Khatib will be at the Scout Cabin Friday, July 14th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. You can drop off your health form for review then or on Sunday.
Sunday 7/16: Bartle Check In at Cabin
You will need: Your full and locked campbox, physical form with Dr. signature, behavioral agreement signed by both Scout and parent, Personal Electronics form signed by both Scout and parent.
Check-in Schedule on July 16:
1st Years 6:00 – 6:45 pm
2nd & 3rd Years 6:45 – 7:15 pm
4th Years and above 7:15 – 7:30 pm
You must talk to the Camp Scoutmaster if have problems with the date or time for check-in. Camp check in is mandatory. Scouts should come with at least one parent. We will have stations set up for the following:
- Camp trunks (packed for camp) & lock combinations
- Medications
- Money for the camp bank
- Health forms will be checked
- Tent buddies – if not already signed up
- Visitor’s Day food sign-up
- Outposts (wrap up)
- Electronic Agreement Form
- Behavior Agreement Form
We may inspect a few trunks at check-in.
Departure on Monday, July 17 at 7:30 am:
- Be on time – we will travel on a tour bus
- Wear complete Class A uniform (shirt, neckerchief, MOS and OA !
- Wear swim suit on the bottom for swim test on arrival.
- Bring a sack lunch and drink
- Bring a day pack with goggles and towel
- May bring an electronic device
KEY DATES
CAMP CHECK IN: Sun, July 16 beginning at 6:00 pm
DEPART FOR CAMP: Mon, July 17 7:30 (to prepare)
VISITOR’S DAY: Sun, July 23 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
RETURN FROM CAMP: Weds, July 26 12:00 pm ETA

Monday July 10 Troop Meeting 7pm
Bartle Meeting Prep Tonight and Disc Golf. We need all leaders hands on deck for boards of review (about 8 of them tonight) and if you have your summer camp physicals, rules agreement, or electronic agreement, you can bring those to tonight’s meeting as well.
First years will be working on their pre-reqs for Environmental Science and Mammals Merit Badges.
