West Side Presbyterian Church also proudly charters Venture Crew 2055. Through our Venture Crew our older scouts have extra opportunities to participate in High Adventure activities such as Philmonth Scout Reservation and Florida Sea Base.

Troop 55 is the second-oldest Boy Scout troop in Lawrence, KS, originally chartered to West Side Presbyterian Church in 1928. Our troop meetings are on Mondays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm in the Burgess Scout Cabin behind West Side Presbyterian Church at 1024 Kasold Drive or contact:
